Adam Yaari
Adam joined Lazard in 2017 and is a Vice President in the Industrials group, where he works on M&A and other strategic advisory assignments. Adam focuses on coverage of the Services sector, including residential, commercial and industrial services. Recent transaction highlights include advising Qmerit on its sale to Schneider Electric, Terminix on its sale to Rentokil Initial, and ServiceMaster on its sale of ServiceMaster Brands to private equity. Adam’s experience encompasses all aspects of value creation and strategic advisory, and he takes great pride in building long-term relationships with management and investment teams.
Prior to joining Lazard, Adam served as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army’s 101st Airborne Division. He holds a B.A. in Economics, summa cum laude, from Rutgers University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School. Adam is a lifelong sportsman, these days enjoying golf and hunting. He also loves spending time with his wife and two young daughters.
Buck Marshall
Buck is a founder and Managing Partner at NorthCurrent Partners. Before NorthCurrent, Buck was a Vice President in the LBO Fund of H.I.G. Capital, an investment firm with over $50 billion under management, where Buck focused on business services and consumer investments and served on the board of Tastes on the Fly.
Prior to H.I.G. Capital, Buck was a Director at Burch Creative Capital, a family office, where he focused on growth investments in the technology and consumer sectors and served on the board of Nihi Sumba Resorts.
Buck began his career as an investment banking analyst at JPMorgan, providing advisory services and capital structure solutions to companies across industries.
Buck earned a B.A. in History and Economics from Williams College and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where he was a Palmer Scholar. Buck was also an early investor in Caviar (acquired by Square (NYSE:SQ)) and general partner in Greene Manor, a multifamily apartment complex in Philadelphia.
Brad Goodwin
Brad Goodwin is an Operating Partner with NorthCurrent Partners and the President of Discount Garage Doors, a sale, service and install company for garage doors and parts in residential homes across Florida.
Brad was previously at Accenture, where he provided strategy and operations advisory services to executive teams at large privately-owned and publicly-traded companies. An expert in cost transformation, Brad led the development of several of Accenture’s offerings related to cost reduction and margin optimization.
Prior to joining Accenture, Brad held various roles in operations, marketing, and compliance with a focus in the healthcare industry.
Brad holds an MBA with a concentration in Competitive Strategy from the University of Florida, where he was a Matherly Scholar. He also earned a Master of Health Sciences from the University of Mississippi Medical Center and a BA from Millsaps College.
Outside of his role at NorthCurrent Partners, Brad recently served as an advisor to the leadership team at Wedzee, a digital marketplace startup targeting the wedding industry. Brad resides with his wife and three children in Tampa, Florida.
Jason Hiller
Jason Hiller is an operating partner with NorthCurrent in home services, and the CEO of Tri-State Water, Power & Air. Building his career in home services for over two decades with a primary focus on HVAC and Plumbing services, he has grown from working in the field to becoming a division vice president for American Residential Services. Through various promotions spanning multiple roles, Jason has had the opportunity to develop key leaders from within while increasing revenues by over $30mm during his tenure to achieve over $100mm in his region.
His experience includes integrating multiple acquisitions into a larger organization, and spearheading new service line additions to existing locations. Jason believes leading with a customer and employee first mindset has been the primary driver of his personal success, and his strong track record of both top and bottom line growth. Outside of his busy career in the HVAC and Plumbing field, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing baseball for his club team in his home town of Charleston, South Carolina.
Joe Clark
Joe Clark is the President of United Garage Door Company and an operating partner to NorthCurrent. He has spent the last fifteen years in the Garage Door industry, starting out as an installer. Joe has worked for both a family-owned garage door installation company and a national manufacturer, and has spent the last three years on the executive staff at United Garage Door Company helping to grow the business by more than fifty percent.
Prior to joining the Garage Door Industry, Joe proudly served eight years on active duty in the United States Marine Corps. Joe received his degree in Business Management from Harrison College (formerly Indiana Business College).
Joe resides in Grove City, Ohio with his wife Jamie and twin sons, Bryce and Owen.

Dan Antonelli is the President and Chief Creative Officer of KickCharge Creative, an award-winning New Jersey-based branding agency that specializes in helping home service businesses redefine themselves and stand out with disruptive brands. Dan is a nationally recognized speaker and expert on home service branding, with several books on branding to his credit, including Building a Big Small Business Brand and his new Amazon best-selling book, Branded Not Branded: KickCharge Your Home Service Brand.

Rick joined C.H.I. Overhead Doors in 2017 as Vice President of Sales. Rick’s responsibilities include both C.H.I. and PerforMax sales team as well as managing the staff at our (5) Service Center locations. With the June, 2022 acquisition by Nucor Steel, we continue to manage through integration and channel opportunities within the Overhead Door market helping to increase C.H.I.’s focus on both the Commercial and Industrial door markets.
Prior to joining C.H.I., Rick’s experience was in division sales leadership positions within Emerson, Danaher, Bain Capital, and Colfax. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an M.B.A. from Rutgers University. Rick enjoys family vacations and golf in his free time. He also loves spending time with his wife and two daughters.
